The 485 Link uses standard RS485 cables much like those that you currently use with your PC. The 485 Links communicate to each other, the Oneport and to the Skyport via the RS485 cable. The 485 Links must interface to a Skyport directly or through a Oneport in order to relay the DEX data back to the InVision server. The advantage of the 485 link is the extreme low cost of the units.
